Setting 2018 Goals
2018 has already arrived for half a month. Looking back at 2017, I reflect on my many shortcomings. Here I set some goals to urge myself to implement them one by one in 2018.
Fitness
Health is the foundation of revolution. Over these 3 years, I’ve gone from 67KG in 2014 to 74KG now. My body is no longer in good condition and urgently needs recovery. From now on, exercise 1 hour daily.
Reading
Whether in work or life, fragmented information or gains from soap operas are often superficial. Reading time should be increased. Without abundant reading, one’s perspective naturally becomes narrow. Over time, this subtly limits oneself, and even when chatting with others, there’s less to talk about, which can be embarrassing. So this year I must start reading extensively.
I recently picked up my Kindle that I bought several years ago and started reading books.
My reading arrangement is as follows:
- 1 hour of professional book reading on weekday evenings
- 2+ hours of bestseller book reading on non-working days - novels, history, humanities, etc., no restrictions
Travel
Accompany parents, accompany grandmother, accompany wife - in short, go out with the closest people. Sometimes when people stay in one place for too long, their thinking inevitably becomes limited.
